What is the Best Practice Partnership?
The Best Practice Partnership is a growing network of like minded Disability Service Providers willing to share knowledge, information and experiences to help each other improve the effectiveness and performance of their individual services.

Why was the BPP set up?
The network exists because of the common interests of the member organisations in meeting challenges created by the ongoing reforms in the disability employment sector.

What do BPP Members gain?
• The open sharing of information allows members to gain insight into what has already been achieved by other services and what could be achieved by their own service if they also tried a different approach.

• When members see what has worked successfully for another similar service, this empowers them to go back and drive change within their own organisation.

How is the BPP different
• What separates the ”Best Practice Partnership” from other groups or peak bodies in the disability employment sector is the ‘can do’ and ‘lead by example’ proactive culture of the group.

• The members are the Partnership, therefore the BPP deals with real issues affecting disability employment services.
